Bates Technical College’s food truck Curbside Urban Cuisine will be among the nearly 30 trucks at Pierce County Parks and Recreation second annual Mobile Food Fest at Sprinker Recreation Center, 14824 C St. S. in Spanaway.
The admission-free event takes place Saturday, Aug. 27 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the parking lot.
Aside from just having great food options, Puget Sound Entertainment will perform live music, a variety of bounce houses will be set up to keep youngsters entertained in the Kidz Zone, and Jonz Catering’s “Thirst Responder” truck will be parked in the beer garden for the adults. So bring your blanket and grab a spot in the grass to enjoy your favorite tastes of the day!
More details on the Mobile Food Fest, including the full lineup of vendors can be found on Parks and Recreation’s webpage.
