This course will walk you through the basics of Canvas, including logging in and navigating, customizing your settings, importing and creating content, designing modules, and creating simple quizzes. This course will be a combination of face-to-face and assigned homework.

Creating Original Instructional Videos. This course covers the entire process of creating instructional videos for your course: Shooting the video, importing it into your computer, editing it in Camtasia, uploading it to YouTube, and posting the link in your Canvas course(s). Although the entire process will be covered, the majority of class time will be spent on editing the videos in Camtasia. NOTE: due to software and logistical constraints, the course enrollment will be limited and much of the classwork will be done outside of class.
